Welcome back from Spring Break! I hope everyone enjoyed a refreshing break filled with relaxation, fun, and quality time with loved ones. We've missed our students tremendously, and our campus is absolutely buzzing with excitement to have everyone back. There's something special about the energy our students bring—their curiosity, laughter, and enthusiasm light up every classroom and hallway.

Model PLC Professional Development:

We're continuing to invest in our campus' growth, and I'm thrilled to share that we recently hosted Brandon Jones from Solution Tree. Our teachers spent valuable time perfecting the art of the PLC process to best serve our students' needs. At Reynolds, we're committed to continuous learning—not just for our students, but for our staff as well.

STAAR Testing: Important Dates and Reminders:

STAAR testing season is approaching! We want to partner with you to help our students feel confident and prepared. See the information and graphic below with important dates.

• April 7th-11th: Regular 8 Period days on Monday & Friday (ELAR STAAR on Tuesday); Block Days on Wednesday & Thursday
• April 14th-18th: 8 period days all week; no school Friday (8th grade STAAR testing on Tues & Wed)
• April 22nd-25th: 8 period days all week (Math STAAR on Wednesday)

The Reynolds Archery team competed at the NASP State Tournament and qualified to attend the Western Nationals in April!

We have a couple of updates for you from the cafeteria. We are now offering Belgian waffles every morning for breakfast. If your student is a fan of waffles, be sure to stop by!

Also, every Wednesday, we’ll be serving breakfast for lunch. Students will have the same breakfast options to choose from, depending on your appetite. Here’s a quick reminder of the breakfast options:

• The $2.15 breakfast combo includes the pick 2, and you can choose from half of a waffle, scrambled eggs, bacon, or tater tots. You can also get one loaded taco if you don't want the pick 2.

• The $4.50 breakfast combo includes the pick 4, with those same options or two loaded tacos.
