Dear Graduates and Parents/Guardians of the Class of 2025,

We are excited to share the Graduation for the WHS Class of 2025 is scheduled for Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 10 a.m. in the WHS Field House.

Please be sure to carefully read through the information below as it contains important dates, times, and action items in the days leading up to the graduation ceremony.

The Graduation Committee is looking for childhood (baby/elementary school/middle school) pictures for the senior slideshow. Pictures can be submitted to whsgradpics@gmail.com. The deadline to submit pictures is Friday, May 2.

Parents can check their student fees at any time via Skyward Family Access.

Senior students will be required to turn in their WUSD issued Chromebook & charger during Homeroom on Monday, June 9. Student fees will be assessed if the student Chromebook and charger is not returned.

Seniors are reminded to back up any documents they would like from their @mywusd.org account as those accounts will be deleted following Graduation. Please contact Miranda Kluge at klugem@mywusd.org with any questions.

• Douglas/Lebanon/Lincoln/Schurz/Webster on Monday, June 9th at 2:40 p.m.

• Seniors will need to complete a permission slip by Thursday, June 5th and turn it into the attendance office to leave WHS at 2:15 p.m. on June 9th.

• Seniors can pick up the form from the Attendance Office or print it off here.

Seniors must clean their lockers out by 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10th. Lockers will be checked after this time and any necessary fees will be assessed for lockers that are damaged. Fees must be paid in order to participate in the Graduation Ceremony. Anything left in a student locker will be disposed of.

Seniors students must login to their Parchment account to request their final transcripts be sent to their college of choice during the last week of school.

If your senior didn’t order a cap and gown, and needs to place an order, contact Jostens at 262-899-8334.

Students earning graduation honor cords for their Laude Score, GPA, club involvement, etc. will receive those cords in the upcoming weeks.

Attention Seniors and Senior families: To avoid potential conflicts with the WIAA State Tournament Softball series, graduation rehearsal for all graduating seniors has been moved to 1 pm on Friday, June 13th in the WHS fieldhouse. This communication will be shared via Skyward and Rooms for all senior students. It is imperative graduating seniors attend the rehearsal so they are prepared for the graduation ceremony on Saturday, June 14th!

• All obligations (detentions, fees, etc.) must be fulfilled before being able to take part in the Graduation Ceremony.
• No tickets will be needed for Graduation this year.
• Doors at WHS will open at 8:30 a.m.
• Graduates should report to the WHS Peace Garden at 9:15 a.m. for a group picture.
• Graduates will receive their diploma cover when crossing the stage and will receive their diploma in the Peace Garden (weather permitting) immediately after the recessional. Diplomas will NOT be mailed to students, so please don’t forget to pick it up.
• Watertown TV will be live streaming the graduation ceremony on their YouTube Channel: The City of Watertown.
