December 8-12...MRI Book Fair Week

December 9...Family Book Fair & Technology Night, 4:30-6:30pm

December 18...Class Parties are scheduled. Please check Schoology for your child's class time and sign up information.

December 19...2 hour delay for students. Faculty Senate for Staff

We are STILL missing several Emergency Updates. This is something that must be filled out every year for all students. Please make sure you complete it and submit it. Thank you to all who have completed it!

We have found that many families think they have completed it, but unfortunately the final 'submit' button was not clicked. Students will not be able to participate with field trips, including walking field trips, and special events without the Updated Form.

1. Do you need help getting connected with your child's Schoology Account?

2. Do you receive the weekly MRI updates each Sunday evening from our Principal Mrs. Frye?

3. Do you receive NTOUCH messages when there is NO SCHOOL, late busses, etc. from BCS?

If you answered NO to any of these checkpoints, join us to get set up Dec. 9 from 4:45-5:15 and 5:30-6:00 PM in the Computer Lab.

Family Night at the Book Fair will also be taking place.

Wear white, silver or light blue to channel snowy vibes.

12.11 - Holiday Extravaganza

Winter-themed or holiday sweaters, jeans, and cozy boots or sneakers.

12.12 - Oh Snap! Gingerbread Day

Wear brown or tan and dress like a Gingerbread man!

12.15 - Merry Grinchmas

Time for a little mischief - Grinch inspired attire - don't forget to do one small act of kindness to 'grow your hear 3 sizes today.'

12.16 - Holiday Movie Day

Showcase your favorite holiday movie - dress up as your favorite character from classics like Elf, Home Alone, Nightmare Before Christmas and more.

12.17 - Elfie Selfie Wednesday

Dress as elves or in green and red.

12.18 - Santa's Village

Bring the magic of the North Pole to life - red, green and white, Santa Claus, Elves or Reindeer.

12.19 - North Pole Spirit

Wear your favorite Christmas pajamas.

Thank you to all families who helped with our MRI My Booster Fundraiser! We had a very successful year! All students got to participate in our Glow Run before Thanksgiving. Any student who had $50 or more in donations got to throw a PIE at Mrs. Myers, Mr. Oester, Mr P, Mrs. Sherman, Mrs. Lahay or Mrs. Frye. Our top 10 fundraisers got to dump sundae toppings on Mrs. Sherman and Mrs. Frye.

Come volunteer at MRI! Level 1 volunteers are those individuals who have a completed and approved background check. All chaperones for field trips must be a Level 1.

It is recommended that you consider getting your Level 1 if you plan on volunteering at school in any way. This way it's done and you should be good to go!

Want to volunteer as a mystery reader or help with a class lesson/activity? Communicate with your child's teacher to schedule a time to be here!
