A note from your administrators...

Dear Pullen families,

This month we begin our Beginning of the Year assessments. This will allow teachers to identify your child's strengths and opportunities for growth, while creating targeted instruction to continue academic success.

We are currently experiencing high numbers of COVID cases, we encourage students and staff to wear masks. If you would like your child to be provided a shield in the classroom and/or cafeteria please let your child's teacher know.

We will be offering a volunteer training this Thursday at 5:30 in the cafeteria, followed by the curriculum and information sessions (see flyer below for specific times/locations). We hope you can join us.

We've reserved the stage in our cafeteria for families/visitors to sit with their child during lunch time. Please check with your child's teacher for specific lunch times.

Pullen Fun Run

Our Pullen Fun Run fundraiser will kick off September 15th. This year fundraising is more critical than ever to provide learning resources and fund our school PTA budget. We have asked our friends at Booster to power our fundraiser to make it more profitable, fun, and easy for everyone. We have worked closely together to ensure this event follows the safety and health guidelines of our school.

Here’s what all students can get excited about:

• Fun, engaging character development lessons

• A high-energy event to give our school a boost of fun!

If your family feels it’s not in the position to financially support the school, that’s ok. Families can actually support our school by also SHARING about our fundraiser with friends and family online. Sharing is supporting.

Students are welcome to bring in their own Chromebook or Windows laptop if they'd like. Windows are more compatible with our school applications than Apple products.
