Individual Program Plan Meetings
Please save the dates! In November, teachers at St. Monica Catholic Early Learning Centre will be holding Individualized Program Plan (IPP) meetings with families.
These meetings are an important part of your child’s programming and provide an opportunity for us to work together to support your child’s learning, development, and growth. Your participation and insights are invaluable as we celebrate your child’s strengths, discuss their progress, and collaborate on goals and strategies to support their continued success.
IPP meetings will be offered on the following dates:
- Tuesday, November 17: 4:00–7:00 p.m.
- Thursday, November 19: 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
- Thursday, November 26: 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
In early November, the school will send out a booking link for you to select the date and time that works best for your family.
Once the booking system is available, if you have any questions or need assistance scheduling your meeting, please reach out to me, Mrs. Hartum, or Mrs. Morrison. We are happy to help!
We value the partnership we share with our families and look forward to connecting with you to discuss your child’s learning journey at St. Monica.
Thank you for being such an important part of our St. Monica community!

Remembrance Day and Veterans' Week November 5-11
Veterans want Canadians to understand the price of freedom. They are passing the torch to the people of Canada so the memory of their sacrifices will continue, and the values they fought for will live on in all of us.
One way we can achieve this is to make Remembrance not just something we think about; rather, make it something we do. How? There are many ways:
- Wearing a Poppy
- Saying “Thank you” to a Veteran
- Visiting a cenotaph
- Visiting the Canadian War Museum or local history museums
- Volunteering to help Veterans
