Dear Evergreen Elementary Families,

We hope you’re having a great start to the school year! This is a gentle reminder that it’s very important for all students to be picked up promptly after school. Our office closes at 3:30 p.m., and unfortunately, we do not have child care available after that time.

We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up, and we appreciate your efforts to arrange timely pickup as best as possible. If late pickups become a recurring issue, we want to let you know that we may need to arrange for your child to be taken to the sheriff's department for safe supervision until you can pick them up.

Thank you for helping us keep Evergreen a safe and supportive place for all our students. Your cooperation truly makes a difference, and we’re here if you have any questions or need assistance arranging alternate pickup plans.

Thank you,

Evergreen Team

We want to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful partnership we share with our volunteers. Your dedication and support make a significant difference in our school and in the lives of our students.

As a reminder, all volunteers must complete the online process. For your convenience, we’ve provided the link below. If you have any questions regarding the volunteer process, please contact the district office at 909-595-1261.
