What to do if my student is struggling in class? What to do if my student is struggling in class?

  • Communicate: Ensure your student talks with his/her teacher to discuss their progress and finds time before, during or after school to attend tutoring sessions.

  • If you have questions regarding their performance in a class, please reach out to the teacher by phone or email.

  • Keep track of your students progress using the Infinite Campus Parent Mobile App. You will be able to see all grades and attendance reports.

  • Communicate with your student's counselor or administrator to see if there are interventions they can put in place to get help with organization and executive functioning.

  • If none of these interventions are helping your student, please set up a meeting with your student's counselor or administrator to discuss options for your student.

Pirate Booster Club Information Pirate Booster Club Information

The Palatine High School Pirate Booster Club exists to support and enrich the high school experience for our children while they attend Palatine High School. The ways in which we accomplish this task, are many. Through various fundraising efforts each year, we financially contribute to a wide variety of academic and extra-curricular programs and services that directly impact all students. We also support those programs and services by volunteering at various events throughout the school year. In addition, we award scholarships to graduating seniors each year who personify our mission to strengthen the Palatine High School community, as well as the Palatine community at large. So consider joining us, whether it is through volunteering your time or graciously accepting monetary donations. Help us to accomplish our main goal-to positively affect each student’s experience at Palatine High School. Use the link below for MySchoolBucks to become a member!
