JODEE DeROSE

Dear Stallion Families,

We are working hard to keep our communication streamlined into a single weekly update, so please be sure to review the Stallion Scoop each week for important news and announcements.

We have several exciting events coming up next week. Our PSP will meet in the library on Tuesday, November 10th, from 3:45 to 4:45 PM, followed by our Stallion Family Voices (SAC) meeting on Wednesday, November 11th, at the same time and location. Additionally, we want to extend a warm thank you to all of the Veterans who RSVP’d for our Veterans Day celebration on Wednesday, we look forward to honoring you!

Bright and early on Thursday, November 12th, we are excited to welcome our grownups in for donuts starting at 7:30 AM. While you are here, please set aside some time to swing by the Book Fair. To help speed up check-in during these large events, our Stampede Fast Pass list is now active. If you plan to join us for the Book Fair, please make sure to get on the Fast Pass list by filling out the RSVP form below.

Thank you for your ongoing partnership, support, and Stallion pride!

Warmly,

Jodee DeRose - Principal

THE STAMPEDE FAST PASS
To make entry faster during large school events, we are introducing our new Stampede Fast Pass!

A Google Form will be available prior to each event - simply submit your name, DOB, and email by the deadline to get pre-cleared. On event day, visitors on the Stampede Fast Pass can bypass the iPad check-in line and grab their event-day sticker directly at our FAST PASS entry line.
STAMPEDE

Important details to keep in mind:

First-time visitors: To qualify for the Stampede Fast Pass, you must have a physical driver’s license scanned into our Raptor Security System. If you haven't scanned your license yet, you will be notified via email to stop by the office before the event (highly recommended to avoid long event-day lines!).
You can also save time by using the RaptorSafe App to enter your information, and then just presenting the QR code at CTE. (Apple | Android)

Unregistered attendees: Anyone who misses the form deadline or is new to Raptor must check in through the main office with a driver’s license.

Daily visits: Standard school visits still require checking in at the front office with a driver’s license or Raptor Safe App QR code. (Tip: Pull up your QR code before entering the lobby to avoid spotty cell coverage!)

Always bring your ID: Technology can be unpredictable! Please always bring a physical driver’s license or state ID whenever you plan on entering the building.

FROM ART FROM ART

SUZANNE PIZZANO

Hello Cherokee Trail Families!

URGENT!!! This week, PLEASE Check your student’s backpack for their individual flyer from the Art Fundraiser Original Works. This flyer contains ordering instructions. Items will arrive before Winter Break!

Time is ticking! The deadline to place your Original Works orders is by Tuesday, November 17th.

This special program turns your child’s artwork into personalized keepsakes and gifts (think mugs, magnets, tote bags and more!)—all while supporting Cherokee Trail’s Art Department. It's creativity with a cause, and a great excuse to brag about your little Picasso.

How to order:
Just follow the easy instructions in the flyer that came home with your child. A few clicks, and their masterpiece becomes a memory that lasts.

Have questions? Contact:SUZANNE PIZZANO

Thank you for supporting the art department—and for celebrating the amazing artists in our school!

Creatively yours,

Suzanne Pizzano - Art Teacher K-6
