Volunteer Clearance Support Session @ District Office 10/13 8:30 AM -10:30 AM
Volunteer Clearance Requirements go into effect- October 13th
Cambrian School District is offering an in-person Volunteer Clearance Help Session on Tuesday, October 13th from 8:30-10:30 am for volunteer applicants who need assistance completing the new clearance process or still need to do fingerprints. This will be held at the District Office in the Professional Development Center. Click here to add to your calendar.
Before attending, please check your Volunteer Clearance Checklist and review the Volunteer FAQs. Many common issues can be resolved without coming to the event.
You probably do not need to attend if:
- You have submitted every checklist item and are waiting for District review. If you have been waiting more than a week, you can email volunteers@cambriansd.com to ask us to check status.
- You have already completed fingerprinting for Cambrian and are waiting for the results. If you have been waiting more than 10 days, you can email volunteers@cambriansd.com to ask us to check status.
- Your checklist is complete and you have received your clearance email.
During these βoffice hoursβ, District staff will be available to help with:
- Employee Records account or login issues
- Missing accounts or Volunteer Clearance Checklists
- Completing checklists forms and training
- Uploading TB documentation or obtaining TB screening paperwork
- Completing fingerprinting. Verify Group will be at the District office from 8:30-9:30, during the first hour of office hours. Please book here: https://261013cambriandistrict-verifygroup.youcanbook.me/
- Understanding which items are complete, missing, or awaiting District review
Please bring:
- A current government-issued photo ID.
- Any TB clearance documentation you need to submit.
- Access to the email account connected to Employee Records.
- Your own laptop or tablet, if convenient. We will have some Chromebooks available for use if you are unable to bring your own device.
- Payment/ID if you are planning to have your fingerprints run.
Checklist items and fingerprint results require manual reviews. Attending the session will help you complete or correct outstanding items and provide some level of technical support. It does not guarantee that final clearance will be issued that day.
Please keep in mind that October 12th is the date for no longer allowing uncleared volunteers on our campuses. It is not a cut-off date for volunteer applications. The District will keep processing clearances after the implementation cut-off in roughly first-in, first-out order, and volunteers can begin once they receive confirmation that they are fully cleared.
πΈPicture Re-Take Day, Tuesday, October 27, 2026 πΈ
We will photograph any students who missed the original picture day, as well as any new students. Students or staff who would like a retake should bring either their purchased picture package or their proof sheet. Please let your teacher know if your student would like to re-take their photo.
