What I love most about being a librarian is being able to share great books with amazing students & teachers.
My favorite genre to read is Fantasy - because it is a great escape from reality.
The One Who Inspired Me to Be an Educator
I came home from the 2nd day of Kindergarten and announced that I was going to be a teacher "just like Miss. Ball." There were many teachers that inspired me through the years.

3 things that I would like to achieve personally or professionally one day are:
1. I would like to be a librarian at another level (Intermediate or Middle)
2. I would like to eventually move up to a district-level position.
3. See all 49 states that I don't have to board an airplane to get to.

Something you might not know about me is that I have 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren & 2 great-great-grandchildren. (my husband is 21 years older than me & his youngest son married an older woman).
