Monthly BG Reports
Bell-Graham 2025-26
What is this?
As part of our commitment to supporting student growth and maintaining a positive school environment, we use behavior reports to track and respond to student needs. One form of documentation that we use is called an Elementary Behavior Referral Form (EBRF) to track what type of behavior, where the behavior occurs, when it occurs, and what restorative measures were put in place after the behavior.
These reports help us:
Identify patterns and provide early support for students.
Communicate with families about successes and areas for improvement.
Ensure consistency in how behavior expectations are reinforced across the school.
What this means for families:
If your child receives a think sheet, this is documented in our EBRF form. You will receive a copy of the think sheet to sign and return to school.
Reports are used as a tool for coaching and guiding students, not as punishment.
We encourage you to talk with your child about what happened and celebrate the improvements they make.
Our goal is to work together—school and home—to support positive behavior choices.
In addition, one of D303's success indicators is attendance. We are looking for 95% or more attendance rates across the district. The chart shows how Bell Graham students are meeting the criteria set by this district initiative.
