Heart Healthy Assembly Program for K-6 Heart Healthy Assembly Program for K-6

SES students participated in an informational assembly program sponsored by the American Heart Association. This impactful service-learning initiative not only educates students about heart health but also empowers them to make a meaningful difference in their own lives and the lives of others.

Throughout the program, students explored the critical importance of self-care, focusing on both physical and mental well-being. They learned valuable strategies for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, such as the significance of regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and stress management techniques.

This assembly served as a powerful reminder that taking care of oneself is essential for personal growth and resilience. By participating in this program, our students are better equipped to advocate for their health and inspire their peers to do the same. Together, we are fostering a generation that understands the value of self-care and recognizes its role in achieving overall well-being.
