Dear Brunswick Middle School Students, Parents, and Guardians,
We have had an awesome week at Brunswick Middle School! There has been a great deal of energy throughout the building, and it has been wonderful to see our students continuing to learn, participate, and show their Blue Devil spirit. As our fall athletic seasons begin to wrap up, we want to recognize all of our student-athletes for their hard work, dedication, and commitment throughout the season. Our teams have done an amazing job, and we are incredibly proud of the way they have represented Brunswick Middle School. We also want to recognize our 8th grade band students who participate in marching band for their hard work and dedication this fall. Their performances have added so much to the spirit and energy of our school community. Please continue to come out and support our athletic teams and 8th grade band students as they finish out their fall seasons. Your support and encouragement make a difference and help make these experiences special for our students!
We also want to remind everyone that Homecoming Spirit Week is this week! Be sure to check the spirit week themes included in this newsletter and participate in any of the days that you would like. Whether you participate every day or just choose a favorite theme, we hope everyone will join in and help us celebrate our school community. These activities are a great way to show your Blue Devil pride and have some fun together!
As we move through the fall, there are many exciting opportunities ahead for our students and families. We encourage everyone to stay connected, participate in school activities, support our students, and take advantage of the many events happening at BMS and throughout our school community.
We are incredibly proud of our students and appreciate the effort they put into making Brunswick Middle School a great place to learn and grow. Thank you to our teachers and staff for all they do each day to support our students, and thank you to our families for your continued partnership and support.
Let's keep the momentum going and make the most of the weeks ahead!
Go Blue Devils!

The presentation covers topics such as deperession and suicide, and helps students understand that talking about these concerns with a trusted adult is the best way to get help. Information From Past Newsletters
We would like to remind all families who utilize student pick-up and drop-off to please follow our established procedures. These guidelines are designed to keep our students and staff safe while helping traffic move smoothly and efficiently.
Students should not cross into the parking lot or be picked up or dropped off in parking spaces unless prior arrangements have been made with the school. Using designated areas helps reduce safety concerns and keeps the flow of traffic moving.
We also ask that students remain attentive and ready as vehicles arrive so they can enter or exit vehicles promptly. Parents and guardians should pull forward as far as possible in the designated pick-up and drop-off lane before loading or unloading students. Filling the lane from front to back allows us to safely accommodate more vehicles and significantly reduces congestion.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us make arrival and dismissal safe and efficient for everyone!
