Did You Know? Did You Know?

The Curriculum and TaC (Training and Consultation) teams are gearing up for 2023-2024 SY! To best support your district, we would love to hear from you! Please take a moment to complete the Needs Assessment for the upcoming year. We plan to provide you with a menu of trainings this Spring!

Training Communication Change! Training Communication Change!

We will be sending rack cards with links and QR codes to every district for distribution. This is our updated way of informing all staff of the trainings and support ARIN offers. Also, one memo with all of the trainings offered will be distributed to superintendents. Please send any feedback on this new information flow to Susan Griffith sgriffith@iu28.org.

PVAAS

Local Assessment Data Upload!

Your PIMS Administrator can upload local assessment data into PVAAS. Prior to 2020, PDE received feedback that local assessment data would be useful for diagnostic measures. This feature became available when state assessments were paused due to COVID. Now, we have the ability to capture ALL assessments! Visit the PVAAS Learning Modules for more support and self-paced guides!

Roster verification is a process used to provide PVAAS teacher-specific reporting based on accurate data. This process is for teachers and administrators to document and verify that each student is linked accurately to one or more teachers โ€“ for the correct state assessment(s) and the appropriate proportion of instructional responsibility.
