All-In Fall Festival

The All-In Fall Festival celebrating students who qualified for an All-In award 4th marking period of last year will be held this Friday, October 23rd. This is a B day and will take place in 8th period outside by the tennis courts. All qualifying students will receive an email to invite them to the festival. Full information will be emailed out early this week.

South Jersey HBCU College Fair – Monday, November 16 | 7:45 AM–10:45 AM

Students in grades 11–12 interested in exploring HBCUs are invited to attend this college fair, where they can meet college admissions representatives and learn about programs, admissions, scholarships, and financial aid. Space is limited and students must complete ALL of the required registration and submit a signed permission slip by November 3 to attend; please see Google Classroom for full details and registration links.

Hustle for the House

I want to thank everybody for their positive reception of the Ronald McDonald House 5K coming up on October 24th! Many have expressed their interest, and I'm very happy to see so much involvement. That said, I wanted to remind those who want to participate to sign up within the next week or two, if possible.

Don't forget to use the coupon "Student2026" when checking out to reduce the price to $20 for registration. Even though you are only paying $20, each person on the team counts for 35 dollars raised for our team, so I encourage you all to gather some friends to register with! In addition, family and friends from outside of Gateway are more than welcome to sign up for the 5 K run or 1-mile walk.

This event will count as volunteer hours for NHS and runs from 9 am to 12 pm. Please reach out with any questions!

10/29: Senior class group picture 8am on the football field. Please make arrangements to be there if you are not normally at Gateway at this time!
10/29: Senior Superlative Reveal & Buddy picture fundraiser. Immediately following senior class group pic in the cafeteria. Pictures are $1 per student per picture (cash only). The money raised goes towards keeping the cost of the yearbook from rising & each photo is GUARANTEED to be in the Yearbook (as long as it’s school appropriate)!

Gateway Home and School Association (HASA)

Wreath Fundraiser

The Holiday Season is approaching quickly and Gateway Home and School on behalf of Project Graduation is looking for your support with our next fundraiser.

We are collecting gift cards to decorate and raffle off a holiday wreath, possibly two! We will accept any gift cards in any denomination to add to the wreath(s). We have partnered with RaiseRight Scrip Fundraising this year. If you would like to purchase your gift cards through RaiseRight please SIGN UP HERE.

If you're a business, or would like to approach a business on our behalf, and need a letter, please let us know. We're happy to supply you with a donation request letter so we can increase our donations for the cause.

All gift card donations must be in by November 9th so we can have the drawing in December! Please drop off your donation in the Main Office at Gateway, Attn: Home and School.

Support Gateway H&S — Eagles vs. Giants Raffle!

Calling all Eagles fans! Support Gateway Home & School Association and our Back-to-School Raffle for a chance to win a great Eagles game-day package.

The winner will receive two tickets to Eagles vs. Giants on Sunday, November 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Lincoln Financial Field, along with a $100 Visa gift card, Bogg Bag, and Eagles swag. Seats are located in Section 212, Seats 21–22.

Raffle entries are $20 each or 6 for $100, and all proceeds directly benefit Gateway students and staff. The drawing will be held Friday, October 30.

Payment can be made by cash or Venmo at @GATEWAY-HASA. When paying by Venmo, please include “EAGLES,” your full name, and phone number in the comments.
