News To Know:

Parent Conference Time!

Looking forward to speaking with you this week!

Book Fair

Book Fair is open this week (Parent Conference Week). The PTO is once again using Literati for Book Fair. Teacher Wishlists are online -- mine can be viewed by clicking here. Thanks!

American Flag Project

Each year, 2/3 and 3rd grade students create unique American Flags to help celebrate Veterans Day. A flyer with all the details is attached, on FB, on our webpage, and is coming home in backpacks today. Paper for the base is available from me if needed (student just needs to ask) and you can use any materials you like, except for foods that could attract critters. No need to spend gobs of money....use what you have to create a fun, different flag. No simple crayon drawings, please. Flags are due no later than Monday, Nov. 2nd (earlier if you wish). We will display these in the hallway for our Veteran guests to admire. Thanks!

Attendance Line and Dismissal Changes

If your child is going to be absent from school, the office asks you to please call the Hershey Attendance Line at 765-269-8342. Also, if there is a change in your child's dismissal, please call the Hershey Office directly before 2:30 at 765-269-8280 rather than emailing the teacher(s).....we don't always check our email and don't want to miss anything. Thanks!!
