π¬ A Note from Mr. Zach DeVito
Good Afternoon Jaguar Nation,
We had an incredible Jag Fest last week with over 1,000 students staying after school. A huge thank you goes out to our PTO for coordinating volunteers and providing such a fun and engaging event for both students and staff.
It was also a full week of activities as our cross country, volleyball, and football teams competed and represented Jones with pride. Our band added to the excitement by performing at the 8th-grade home football game, creating a true high school game-day atmosphere. Thank you to Ms. Williams, Mr. Denman, and Mr. Byrd for organizing this special opportunity to showcase our band students.
Looking ahead, we are excited to host our annual Halloween Dance in just two weeks. This event, sponsored by Student Council and National Junior Honor Society, is always a highlight of the fall semester and something our students truly look forward to. Ticket sales will open next week, and we will send out a text message and post on social media once tickets become available.
Please see more upcoming events below so you can stay connected and involved in all thatβs happening at Jones.
Have a great weekend, and Go Jags!
