We will be hosting a pep rally on April 8th for our 3rd–5th grade students as they prepare to take the STAAR test. Our goal is to motivate students, build their confidence, and ease any testing anxiety with a fun and energizing event.

The Houston Texans will be joining us for this special occasion! Students will get to see Toro, the Texans mascot, along with a Texans player, who will help get everyone excited and ready to do their best.

The Texans will be taking photos and/or videos during the event and have provided a media release form. If you would like your child to participate, please complete the form using this link or by scanning the QR code on the attached flyer.

In addition, all grade levels are encouraged to show their team spirit by wearing Texans gear on April 8th.

At the end of March, we’re excited to celebrate literacy and inspire a lifelong passion for reading during our annual Book Fair Week! Each day, we’ll feature a different book and invite students to join the fun by dressing up to match the daily theme.

We’ll also host our Family Literacy Night on Thursday, March 26th. A special evening to celebrate reading together as a community. More details coming soon!

📚✨ Book Fair Starts Monday! ✨📚

One of our favorite PTO weeks is here, and the excitement is real! Kids, teachers, and books everywhere… it is pure magic. Even better, every purchase helps Ms. Hokanson keep our library stocked with all the books kids are actually excited to read!

We need YOU to make it happen!
We have 100+ volunteer spots (currently only 31 filled) and truly cannot run the Book Fair without your help.

What you’ll do (aka the fun stuff):
• Help kids find the perfect book
• Restock shelves
• Assist with checkout

It is easy, fun, and you get to be right in the middle of all the excitement 🙌

Donuts with Grownups 🍩 (March 23rd for PK, K, & 1st and March 24th for 2-5th from 7:00am-7:20am)

Shop with your child in the morning and enjoy a little bag of donuts while you sneak a peek at their picks.
