The biggest family event of the year is here! The Weaver Lake Carnival will be held on Friday, May 5, and we need over 100 volunteers to make this event a success. Each job is run in shifts, so you will have time to volunteer and enjoy the Carnival. All volunteers will receive a $5 Carnival punchcard, a $2 off coupon for Floyd's Donut and Shaved Ice Foodtruck, a 10% off coupon for KCM Eggrolls Foodtruck, and a 25% off coupon for Griddle on the Go Foodtruck to be enjoyed during the event. You can pick up your items at check-in or anytime during the carnival.
If you are volunteering for a game: The volunteer coordinator will assign volunteers to a game the week of the carnival. If there is someone you want to work with/next to, please make a comment when prompted on the sign-up. However, each person should sign up (vs. just putting a name in the comments). You will receive an email with brief instructions on each game as well, so please be sure you list an accurate email address.
Feel free to share this link with friends, family, middle-school students, etc.! We need over 100 volunteers to keep all stations up and running for the night, so the more, the merrier! The volunteer coordinator is asking that all volunteers register with Weaver Lake before the event. This is an enormous time-saving piece for our volunteer coordinator. The application can be found online at https://apps.raptortech.com/Apply/Nzg0OmVuLVVT
Please reach out if you have any questions. I hope to see you all there!
