Making for Others

Create a beautiful, colorful placemat to surprise someone receiving a meal!

• Do your very best work!
• Include a positive message or phrase
• Make someone's day a bit brighter =)
• Donate them to a local Meals on Wheels organization

• Build a Fun Holiday Ornament
• Take a picture of it and post to #BUILDTOGIVE on social media
• Lego will donate a set of legos to a child in need for every ornament built and shared!

• Decorate a card to donate to either a Senior
• Wish them a happy holiday season
• Give to a neighbor or donate to a local Senior center

• cut fleece into 8" strips
• using a ruler, measure 1" wide pieces and cut 3" long strips
• carefully tie each strip into a knot so it stays secure
• donate to a shelter for others or give it to a friend

• cut the donated tshirts into 5-6 inch strips
• tie 3 strips together
• tightly braid the 3 pieces together
• tie them off at the end
• Donate to them Oregon Humane Society
