A special day that many students and staff love is Costume Day. We will hold Costume Day on Friday, October 30 this year. If your child chooses to dress up in a costume, please review the following Halloween Dress Code: No masks or helmets covering the face or head, no excessive face paint, no props of any kind (including anything that could be used or seen as a weapon), and no excessive blood or gore.

We are on schedule with our solar panel project. This past week you might have noticed workers putting in the wiring for the electrical on the units. A few parking spaces were also opened. Thankfully some of our staff members can now park closer to the school.

Device Protection Plan: Action Needed

Please share with families: Device Protection Plan: The 2026–2027 OUSD Device Protection Plan is now open through September 30, 2026 for just $20 per device, covering accidental damage, spills, and theft.

Parents/Guardians with 4+ students: Please purchase 3 Device Protection Plans in My School Bucks. Once you purchase the three plans for $60 then email ALL of your students Names and ID #’s to: Krishna.Hamilton@oside.us
