Christmas Decor?
If you have any old (or new) Christmas lights, Christmas trees, or even inflatables, we would love them! We are looking for decorations to help make our December Winter Wonderland a magical experience.
GT Expo 11/5
Each Fall, MISD holds a district wide GT/Advanced Academics EXPO at the MISD Event Center showcasing projects from grades 3-8 and programs offered at both high schools. During the spring, these showcases are held at the campus level.
Intermediate students’ roller coaster projects will be on display on 11/5. They will defy the odds through twists, turns, drops, and tunnels!
Families will also have the opportunity to learn more about advanced academics programs available in junior high and high school.
Tutoring
Does your child need tutoring? They must have a pass to leave the cafeteria at 7:30am to attend tutoring in the mornings. Please reach out to your child's teacher to request a tutoring pass.
