It's all downhill from here!
We are in the final stretch of the school year and I can't believe how fast it has flown by!
On Tuesday April 29th, our 3rd-6th grade students will begin MAP testing. We are stepping up for success this year! We know our Tigers are going to work super hard and put forth their best effort. Please aim for strong attendance during the testing window. We will have our MAP celebration on May 8th complete with a velcro wall, obstacle course, jousting, snow cones, popcorn and more!
Smithton will celebrate ALL STAFF the week of May 5th-9th, during Teacher appreciation week. Feel free to spoil our staff and show them your appreciation, as they certainly do a wonderful job!

K-4 Spring Concert
Monday Evening
All K-2 Students need to be dropped off to their classrooms at 5:45. The program will begin promptly at 6:00 in the Elementary gym. We are excited to give our littles the opportunity to practice on the stage We will dismiss directly from the gym and ask for your cooperation as we are working to streamline this process and make it as safe as possible for our students.
The 3/4 program is scheduled to begin at 7:00. Students need to report to their classrooms by 6:50.
Following each program we hope you will attend the bake sale and enjoy the art show! The bake sale will be outside of the cafeteria and the art show will take place in the multi purpose room.
Our students have worked very hard to put this program together and we strongly encourage you to be respectful audience members by staying seated during the performance, silencing cell phones, and stepping out with upset little ones. We look forward to tomorrow's music and art show and can't wait to show off the hard work of our Tigers!

Choir will take place in the Elementary gym and band will take place in the High School gym.
