Pioneer Families November 9th-15th

Thank You Teachers!
Thank you to our very special Barron Teachers who do so much for our Pioneers everyday! Your dedication to our students is invaluable. We celebrate you and your hard work this week!
Make sure to thank a teacher this week! ❤️
REGISTRATION! 86% to our 100% Goal!
Dear Parents,
We want to thank you for your dedication and support you have given the campus during registration season.
Registering your student before the end of the school year ensures we can do all the work while your pioneer is gone to ensure that the school is ready for them next year!
This includes choosing the right teacher and class placement, making sure we coordinate lunch tables, prepare documents, etc.
Registration is power to the parent and school staff to help make school the best it can be before the year starts!
We are almost 100% registered for the 26' - 27 ' school year! If you haven't registered yet we do encourage you to do so before May ends. We have extended rewards such as plushie pets for registration and hope that we can get one to your child before the school year ends!
Need help? Reach out to us or stop by in person to get personalized help during the process of registration. Thank you for your dedication to your Pioneers and Barron Elementary.
PRINCIPAL'S CORNER-
Dear Barron Families,
As we begin the month of May, we are excited to finish the school year strong with just 24 days remaining! Our top priority continues to be the safety and well-being of our students, ensuring a safe learning environment where every Pioneer continues to thrive.
This week, we proudly celebrate our teachers—our everyday heroes who make learning happen all day, every day. Their dedication, passion, and commitment truly make a difference for every student.
We have many exciting events planned throughout the month, including:
Teacher Appreciation Week celebrations
Award assemblies for all grade levels coming June.
STREAM Night / GT Expo and Music Night, where students will showcase their final projects
And special end-of-year events, including celebrating our 5th graders as they complete their final year of elementary school
We also want to celebrate and recognize the incredible accomplishments of our students:
Congratulations to our CRC students who participated in the UNIDOS Games—they showed enthusiasm, determination, and Pioneer pride!
A big congratulations to our Science Fair finalists:
Mila Lopez and Kayla Durner – 1st Place
Leonardo Pimental-Rodriguez – 3rd Place
We also extend our appreciation for the meaningful events during Military Month, led by Ms. Chavez with the support of Ms. Berry. Our military families and students make incredible sacrifices, and we are honored to celebrate them.
Thank you, Barron Families, for your strong support with student registration. We are currently at 86.8%, and we encourage the remaining families to complete registration for the upcoming school year. Registration helps us plan effectively to meet the needs of every student. Our students have had a wonderful time learning and celebrating, knowing they will continue to be part of our Barron family—
where every Pioneer learns and belongs.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support as we close out a successful school year together.
RIGHT HERE. RIGHT NOW.
With gratitude and pride,
The Barron Elementary Leadership Team

Mila Lopez y Kayla Durner – 1er lugar
Leonardo Pimental-Rodriguez – 3er lugar
Sra. Vasquez
