I wanted to send this extra newsletter out because we have a fun and busy week ahead! Please take a moment to review the important events below:

📝 MAP End-of-Year Growth Testing Begins (Math & Reading)

Our students will begin their end-of-year MAP testing. Please help your child come prepared each day by getting a good night’s sleep and arriving on time. Testing will continue throughout the week.

📚 Book Fair Opens
Our Book Fair begins! Students will have opportunities to visit during the week, and families are welcome to shop during the day Tuesday-Friday from 8:00-11:00 and 1:00-3:00. The book fair will also be open for families on Thursday at the STEM night event.

Class and individual spring pictures will be taken—be sure your child is picture-ready!

🍽️ Family Lunch & Book Fair Bash Begins
Families who registered are invited to join us for lunch and visit the Book Fair. Students who are signed up will receive wristbands.

We look forward to seeing more of our families on campus for lunch and Book Fair shopping!

🔬 Title I STEM Night
Join us for an evening of hands-on learning and fun! We encourage all families to attend this exciting event.
🏆 There will be prizes for students and recognition for classes with high participation!

As you all know, Summit Hill parking gets filled up quickly any time we have an event. Please ensure you are parking in designated locations to prevent any issues with traffic flow and the use of emergency vehicle routes. Please DO NOT park along Summit Hill Parkway at any time. We are excited to alleviate our parking issues with the completion of our expansion.

CARD: You can go to the Summit Hill online store to purchase your shirt, and have it delivered to the school. You can scan the QR code on the form to access the online store. Please know that you will be charged taxes and a processing fee if you choose this option.

CASH/CHECK: Please fill out the order form and have your student return it with cash/check to school.

PRICE: *YXS-A3XL is $15.00, 4XL is $19.00 ,5XL is $20.00 ,6XL is $21.00

If your student does not purchase a shirt, no problem. Please have them wear a WHITE t-shirt to Day of Champions.

In addition to our monthly Perfect Attendance lunch pass, we are excited to launch an additional student attendance incentive for parents beginning Monday, February 2nd!

One student from each grade level will win 4 reserved, front-row seats for the end-of-year awards ceremony or PK graduation.

Each student with Perfect Attendance at the end of EACH WEEK will be entered into drawing for a chance to win. BONUS: If your student has Perfect Attendance for the entire MONTH, you will receive your lunch pass PLUS five additional entries into the drawing!

Perfect Attendance =

Your student must be at school from 7:50 a.m. until 3:20 P.M. to earn an entry.

Your student must be at school before the arrival doors close at 7:50 a.m. to earn an entry.

Your student can not leave early or at any point throughout the day to earn an entry.

What if my student has a doctor's appointment?

Please keep all of your appointments and your student can try again the next week.

What if my student is at school at the time attendance is taken, but leaves early?

Your student will not be able to earn an entry into the drawing this week, but will have another opportunity next week.

What if my student doesn't earn an entry this week?

No worries! Your student will have the opportunity to earn an entry next week.

Orders open on April 20th! Skip the lines and stress of shopping for school supplies. Order your packs from our online store and your student's supplies will be waiting for them in their classroom on the 1st day of school.
