Mental Health Matters
Healthy Habits / Self Care
Promoting healthy habits and self care will serve as ongoing prevention and practice of safe, healthy coping skills for our staff and students. We will host another sensory booth during lunch to encourage campus-wide involvement in practicing a calm and healthy lifestyle by practicing a favorite sensory activity.
If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available. Call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org, or reach out to a mental health professional.
