I hope this newsletter finds you wrapped in warmth and looking forward to our winter season. As we gear up for a busy month of December, I want to give you a sneak peek into what's in store:

Reminder - 2 hour LATE START - Monday, December 2nd - while staff engage in professional training. **Students attending the early "Drop off" care have received information from their student's principal about the morning.

Annual Bowls for Hunger Event: Monday, December 2nd, 4:00-6:30 PM at the Westfield Area High School Cafeteria. This event is a wonderful way to give back to our community while enjoying a delicious bowl of soup donated by our local dining establishments.

National Honor Society Induction, Wednesday, December 4, 6:00 PM

🎶 Holiday Concert Extravaganza: Get ready for the shows and join us in supporting our students as they showcase their musical talents. - Each school has a special event!

Cheer for Our Teams:*Our student athletes are set to shine bright! Your support means the world to them! Please try to catch a game, match or performance.

❄️ Winter Break Bliss: A well-deserved winter break is just around the corner! From Saturday, December 21, to Wednesday, January 1, take a breather, recharge, and indulge in the joys of the season. Classes will resume on Thursday, January 2, ready to kick off the new year with energy and enthusiasm.

In the event that the School District needs to delay or cancel school, families that have students who attend the District can expect to communication via our messenger app which allows for text messages, phone calls, and email notifications. These will be sent to information that is current in our student information system. **Skyward Family Access must have your current phone number and email information. Those who are not informed by this method should tune in to the TV stations noted on the attached letter and/or visit our school website.

Pack the Gym: Join us for a full night of basketball on December 13th and January 10th as both nights will be pack the gym with JV games starting at 4:30 JVR boys at 6PM and then Varsity games at 6 and 7:30PM. Post prom will be doing the Duck toss and there will be basket raffles at each event to support post prom and booster club.

Wrestling- Westfield will host Wrestling Quads December 5th, 12th, and 19th and also January 16th. Great chance to come out and support our Pioneer Wrestling teams.
