Representatives from Taggart Architects presented drawings that will be used for the capital improvement project if approved by voters in November.

The capital improvement plan contains three priorities:

• the construction of a brand new middle school
• the renovation of Ole Main
• the construction of an indoor sports and activity center
  

Be on the lookout for additional communication regarding the millage campaign as we inform voters about the plans to enhance teaching and learning and to make room for more students and programs.

The Finance Office presented the budget for Fiscal Year 2025 t as an information item for review and feedback. The FY25 Budget will be presented to the school board for formal approval at the September 19, 2024, regular meeting.

Dr. Gregory J. Pilewski, the Superintendent of the North Little Rock School District, discussed goals with the Board of Education that will be used for his evaluation.

The Board of Education will review the goals and will discuss at the September 19, 2024, Regular Board Meeting.
