Here is everything you need to know about the Franklin Central Bands program right now.

The easiest way to keep up with schedules is to sync the band calendar to your phone! Add this url https://fcbands.boosterhub.com/ical-stream to your google or outlook calendar.

*If you are experiencing issues with your calendar synching, we recommend to un-sync and re-sync your calendar every once in a while to make sure your calendar is up-to-date.

We have now finalized the dates we will be hosting events for 2026/2027. We will need many volunteers for each event to ensure they run smoothly. These events supply a large portion of our operating budget. Sign-ups will be released at a later date. If you have any questions regarding events, please email events@FCBands.org

We are pleased to announce that we have a possible team leader for hospitality for our upcoming events. We are looking to add a few team members to work on this crew to help at events during the 2026/2027 school year. If you are interested in serving in this capacity, please contact Missi Magness, Event Coordinator.

The food committee needs your help! See below for a link to donate money to help the food committee purchase food items. These donations go to help cover food that didn’t get donated and purchase specific items for dinners like sub sandwiches and the meat, cheese, and buns with it for example.

Payments Made Easy:

So long as you carry a balance, BoosterHub will automatically email an invoice to you. You must use the link through the invoice to make your payments. Payments can no longer be made from the store page on our website.

Please use the link in that invoice to make your monthly payments or partial payments. You can also apply Booster Credits* using the same link.

You may also access your invoice(s) by going to your account at BoosterHub.com or in the app under Tools then Accounting.

Facing financial difficulties? We understand. If you're unable to settle your account by the deadline, please reach out to our treasurer at treasurer@fcbands.org to discuss a payment plan.

Please make sure you have a SafeVisitor background check on file with FTCSC. A cleared background check is required for all of our volunteers (this includes required volunteer shifts at our events and helping with props during competitions). Background Checks are good for 2 years.

*Note: Volunteer Background Checks are no longer free of charge. The fee is approximately $16.00 per volunteer.

Fundraising for YOU - all year round! No selling, no spending extra time or money… just everyday purchases turned into earnings. All of the money you earn goes straight to your student’s band account to use toward their band fees.

How does it work?

​Rebates earned are added to your RaiseRight account. Once a month the RaiseRight Coordinator sends a rebate report to the Treasurer so the funds can be applied to your student’s band account. This will show as a credit line item on your monthly statement. The easiest way to earn is by downloading the RaiseRight app on your phone so you can purchase on the go!

You can also use an "online shopping" tool via RaiseRight to stack your earnings. Please note, credits from taking advantage of the "Online Shopping" tool will take longer to show in their booster credits. RaiseRight will not pay out online shopping credits until 45 days after purchase to assure no item have been returned.

Who can use it?

Any parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, cousin, friend, or neighbor can sign up for an account to help raise money for your student. They don’t have to live in Indianapolis in order to use it, either! With the convenience of the RaiseRight app, out of town friends and relatives can help you earn too!

How much can I earn?

Really, that is up to you! The more you use, the more you earn. Many of our families have offset their fees by as much as HALF just by using RaiseRight.
