Gladiators Lacrosse League

Gladiators Lacrosse is perfect for young athletes looking for an introduction to lacrosse. Teams available for students in 1st though 8th Grade. No experience required. Please scroll to your athletes grade level below for more information. Registration Closes on March 5th.

FORMAT: 1st and 2nd graders will play a 4v4 format with teams from the Suburban Lacrosse League.
PRACTICE: Teams will practice two days per week starting late-March through the first week of June. Practice days and times TBD by coach. All practices will be at Clifford Smart Middle School.
GAMES: Teams will participate in 4 Playdates and 2 tournaments. Playdates consist of two games played on Saturdays against teams in the Suburban Lacrosse League.
UNIFORM: Jersey and Shorts included in registration.
EQUIPMENT: All players must purchase the necessary equipment. This includes shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, lacrosse stick, mouth guard, athletic supporter and helmet (must be Lacrosse NOCSAE approved). Some equipment is available to borrow from Walled Lake Community Education.

GAMES: Games are played against teams in the Suburban Lacrosse League. We will expect to play 8-10 games starting in late April. Travel required. Away games are played at opponent’s field. Home games are played at a Walled Lake high school or middle school field.
UNIFORM: Jersey, Shorts, and Shooting Shirt included in registration. Returning players will receive a discount for reusing their uniform.
