Welcome back to school or welcome to the district! Your digital learning team is looking forward to helping you out this school year. We will send out a newsletter on a weekly basis, usually on Tuesday. Please keep an eye out for the newsletter as it will contain important and useful information!

Principals/Department Chairs/Instructional Coaches: if you have new teachers that do not have their Aldine email account please remember to share this newsletter with them.

The district has started the sync for Clever, Schoology, BrainPop, eSchool/TAC, etc. for the new school year. This will now allow new employees to access the district resources. Those that have changed campuses, your new information should be populating. If you don't see your stuff yet, it is coming. Thank you so much for being patient while our district resource applications roll over into the new year!

If you haven't joined already Click Here to join the Primary DLS Resource Group for Virtual Learning to access all the resources from the training sessions that have been presented (last year during virtual learning and Aldine LIVE sessions in July). We will continue to add materials to this Schoology group for teachers to access.

All three documents have been posted to ePortal and must be signed electronically. The documents can be found on the left side of the ePortal home screen in a red box titled "Attention Required".

If you should an error message trying to go into e-portal, click on advanced and continue onto the site.

The Technology and Curriculum Conference of Aldine (TCCA) traditionally takes place in Aldine and is open to all educators from any school district, public and private.

The conference will be virtual this year. This event will take place over an entire day (October 24, 2020).

Although open to everyone, you will need to sign up at www.tccaconference.com

We are planning for a keynote to open the conference, and there will be 20-30 sessions taking place each hour. Invite all your educator friends to this wonderful, free event!

Please update your picture (please make sure the picture is school appropriate) and signature line in GMail so each time you send an email everyone knows who you are and which campus you work at. Please do not change your google name as it makes it very different to find you in the district address book.
