Aspen Ridge
Thank you, Aspen Ridge families, for your patience as we navigated our first days of arrival and dismissal! We’ve learned a lot and are making adjustments to help our processes run smoothly. We appreciate your continued patience as we fine-tune our routines.
Morning Parent-Drop Off
- Please remain in your vehicle and use the designated Parent Drop-Off line.
- Please do not park and walk your child to the front doors.
- Staff will be stationed at the front of the school to greet students, help them safely out of their vehicles, and get them to their studios.
- For everyone’s safety and to keep traffic moving, please follow the directions of staff members during drop-off.
Walkers
- Walkers will exit from their studios on the north side of the building.
- Families meeting their child to walk home should meet them on the north side.
- Walkers will no longer exit through the main entrance except in special circumstances.
Car Riders
- Please remain in your vehicle and use the CarRider line for pickup.
- Please do not park and walk to the front door to pick up your child.
- If you still need a CarRider Pro tag, please contact the main office.
- Thank you for your patience as we continue improving our dismissal process!
Early Pickup
- Please notify the office of an early pickup by 2:30 p.m.
- Whenever possible, early pickups should occur before 3:00 p.m., when our internal dismissal process begins.
Transportation Changes
- Any changes to your child's transportation for the day must be communicated to the front office by 2:30 p.m.
- Please do not email teachers directly, as they may not receive the message in time for dismissal.

Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on the following days:
- Tuesday, Oct. 6th from 3:30-7:30 PM
- Thursday, Oct. 8th from 3:30 - 7:30 PM
- Monday, Oct. 12th from 3:30-7:00 PM
The scheduling window for conferences will open on Monday, Sept. 21st until Friday, Oct. 2nd. Conference will be scheduled through ParentVue. If you need assistance with your ParentVue account, please reach out to the front office at 763-450-8100.
