AHS currently has dual enrollment agreements with the following 4 colleges/universities that allow our students to take courses that earn HS and college credits at the same time. This is an incredible opportunity to save money on college since most courses will transfer to any post-secondary institution that you choose. The courses are usually $33 credit hour or $99 for a 3-hour course (with some exceptions) and they are included in your AHS block schedule, not in addition to it. Although most courses are online, some Calhoun CC courses are offered here in the building by AHS teachers. Some of the programs offer scholarship incentives or guaranteed admission if you attend their university as benefits for participation.
