Each year prior to conducting our admissions lottery, we ask families to re-enroll their children or notify us if they are considering withdrawing. In an effort to simplify this practice, we no longer require parents/guardians to complete a re-enrollment packet.

PLEASE COMPLETE THIS INTENT TO RE-ENROLL agreement to convey your intentions for the 2025/26 school year. This information is important to our admissions team, to ascertain how many open seats we will fill in our up-coming lottery this April.

Want to support student activities at both EVCS campuses and join in on a fun evening full of prizes and excitement? Purchase a meat raffle ticket or table today!

Outside snacks and food are welcome. We ask that attendees do not bring outside alcohol to this event. This is a 21+ only event.

March 5 is a special Picture Day:

• Kindergartners will take their cap & gown photos for diplomas. We recommend students not wear hoodies underneath the cap and gown as it may impact how the gown fits for the picture.

• 8th Graders who need a make up or missed prior Picture Days can take a photo on this day as well. This photo will be used on their diplomas.

Days Park Literacy Night is just around the corner on March 4, including a special 'Read Across America Week' with special outfit themes each day:

• 3/3/25 - Monday - "Reading is My Super Power" - Wear a superhero t-shirt
• 3/4/25 - Tuesday - "Reading Makes Us Bright" - Wear Neon Colors and Join for Literacy Night @ 5:30 to 7 PM
• 3/5/25 - "Oh, the Places You Will Go" - Wear a college/high school shirt day
• 3/6/25 - "Cozy Up with a Good Book" - Get Comfy and Wear Your PJ's to School

Parents/guardians must be in attendance during the event with their child.
