Weekly Family Communication
Principal's Message
Dear Holy Rosary Families,
As we approach the end of the school year, I’m reminded of the many blessings we’ve experienced together. One of the greatest blessings for me personally has been the privilege of watching our students grow and mature over the years. This weekend, we begin the bittersweet task of saying goodbye to our 8th graders as they prepare for their next chapter.
On Sunday at 3:00 PM, we will celebrate our Baccalaureate Mass in honor of our 8th grade students as they prepare to graduate next week. Many of these students have been a part of our school community for 11 years! While it is exciting to see them begin their journey into high school, it is never easy to say goodbye.
We invite school families to join us for this special Mass on Sunday at 3:00 PM in the church, as we come together in prayer and gratitude to support our 8th graders in their next steps.
In Christ,
Anna
Holy Rosary School Is Hiring
Holy Rosary School is hiring for instructional assistant positions in the kindergarten and the preschool. More information can be found here.
Need Volunteer Hours?
If you're still in need of general volunteer hours, the campus has weeding that needs to be done in preparation for summer break and this weekend is a great time to do it! This is a flexible volunteer opportunity you can complete as your schedule permits. Areas include the whole campus, including the raised areas outside of the preschool
Counselor Out
Our counselor Kelly Dobelstein is on medical leave through the end of the school year. We are here to help in her absence. Students in grades K-5, please reach out to Miss Finney (vfinney@holyrosaryws.org). Students in grades 6-8, please reach out to Mr. Mohrbacher (tmohrbacher@holyrosaryws.org).
Faith At Home
This weekend we celebrate Trinity Sunday — a beautiful reminder that God is a perfect communion of love: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Catholic families can honor this special feast by praying together, making the Sign of the Cross with intention, attending Mass, and reflecting on how we are called to live in unity, love, and service within our own homes. 💛

Yum!!Yum!! Tomorrow is 8th grade pizza lunch.
Thank you to all of the 8th graders and 8th grade parents for managing this fundraiser.
🎒👕 Lost & Found Fashion Show 👟🧃
Missing a hoodie? Looking for a lunchbox that mysteriously “walked away”? Wondering where your child’s 17th water bottle disappeared to?
The Lost & Found collection is now on display in the Main Entry through the last day of school on June 12. Come claim your long-lost treasures before they begin their next adventure!
After June 12, all unclaimed items will be donated to charity — because even lonely sweatshirts deserve a second chance. ❤️
Please stop by and rescue your belongings before summer vacation begins!
Lunch Reminder
Hi families! Just a friendly reminder to please double-check your child’s lunch schedule each day. We’ve recently had an increase in students arriving without lunches, or not on the hot lunch list and we want to make sure everyone is prepared and ready for a great day. Thank you for your help and support!
Used Uniforms
Closet bursting at the seams? Ours is. We’ve got an overstock of gently used uniforms looking for their next adventure—perfectly good pieces that deserve a second life instead of another day on the hanger. Think of it as a uniform treasure hunt where the price is right and the options are plenty.
If your wardrobe could use a refresh (or you just love a good find), Arlo is your guide to the good stuff. Reach out at arlowyn.i@gmail.com and she will help you track down your perfect uniform pieces before they disappear back into the closet abyss. Truth be told, we need the extra hangers!

As summer approaches, we are having an all school food drive to help us through the summer. Please bring items in June 1st through June 5th.

Bike To School Month
Bike to School Month is rolling full speed ahead, and the Gators are crushing it.
🚴♂️ BIKE TO SCHOOL MONTH IS IN FULL SWING!
More than 30 students every day are showing up on bikes, scooters, and on foot. That’s a whole parade of wheels and sneakers powering into school. Way to go, Gators — you’re unstoppable!
🏡 “But I live too far away…”
🚌 “But I take the bus…”
No problem at all — you can still join the fun.
If you can’t bike, scoot, or walk to school, just do it after school. Get outside for at least 15 minutes of riding, scooting, or walking once you’re home. It totally counts.
Have an adult sign your calendar or write a note, bring it in the next day, and grab your raffle ticket for the chance for weekly prizes.
We also need volunteers to help cheer on and count bikers/scooters/walkers, hand out raffle tickets, and help students lock their bikes up every morning throughout the month.
Sign up for one (or more!) days HERE. 7th and 8th graders are also welcome to volunteer as well.
2026-27 BASE

Knowing that there is a great need in our community for before- and- after school care, we invite families to get on the BASE Wait List. Our hope is that there might be some movement over the next few months and BASE could accommodate some families who are still in need of care for the next school year.
Please complete the application form to get on the Waitlist: https://forms.gle/5EzSDL57X2EtFhcf7.
