3rd Grade Learning Targets

We would like to share a valuable resource to help you support your child’s learning at home! The Arkansas Division of Elementary and Secondary Education has developed a one page learning target resource for parents of Kindergarten through 8th grade students, highlighting key learning targets in literacy, science, math, and social studies. You will receive a copy of these learning targets at your child's upcoming conference. We encourage you to use this guide to reinforce classroom learning. In addition to a paper copy, we are sharing the digital copy below. Many families find it helpful to keep the guide on the refrigerator or in the car for on-the-go learning!

In addition to the learning targets, there are companion guides (linked below) that provide fun and engaging activities for each target. These 9-page guides are perfect for building skills outside of school and creating positive learning experiences at home.
