Waikīkī School Parent Bulletin - December 9, 2025
Aloha Families,
We hope you are as excited as we are for our upcoming
2025 “Believe” Winter Fete on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
Here is some important information for families:
Invitations/Tickets for families went home on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025 with your child:
Students came home with a labeled envelope on Thursday with your family invitation. Please double check backpacks.
Invitations are needed for entry (*see number 3 for directions).
If you did not receive your invitation, you can contact the front office.
Shows:
Due to our Performance being inside our Cafeteria, we are in need of having multiple shows (this is for the safety of all and to help with our crowd size).
Each family was assigned a designated show performance, based on numbers we ran for crowd size at each performance.
For your SPECIFIC show time please read the back of your invitation/ticket.
We kindly ask families to be mindful of their specific show time as the scheduling of our large population was a complex process.
We anticipate all shows to be full.
Invitations/Tickets are needed at the door (*see number 3 for directions).
- Invitations/Tickets:
Families will need to show their invitation/ticket at the door for check-in purposes.
When you line up the day of the show, please line up together as a family, so we can get your group in all at once.
If you misplace your invitation/ticket, you will need to give your child’s first and last name at the door, so we can confirm your show time.
- Please help us move our performance along and keep your invitations/tickets in a safe place and bring it to the show, so we can get families in quickly.
Each grade will be performing a number together.
We anticipate performances to run 30-45 mins. (estimated).
After your show time is complete, we kindly ask families to exit the cafe in a safe, timely manner, so we can reset for the next show.
If you have younger children coming with you to the show, strollers, wagons, carts etc. MUST remain outside during the show (due to safety and space).
There is NO PARKING on campus for this event.
Please plan ahead and park in the nearby neighborhoods, side streets, or parking across the street at the park.
