- This week will be the final week of sectionals for the 24-25 school year! Mr. Lott has events after school all week, so all sectionals have to be AM.
- Tuesday AM - 7:30-8:40 - Middle Instruments (Saxophone & Horn)
- Wednesday AM - 7:30-8:40 - High Instruments (Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Trumpet)
- Thursday AM - 7:30-8:40 - Low Instruments (Bassoon, Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba)
8th Grade Parents
Hi Upcoming Hebron High School Band Parents -
We are so excited to welcome you and your student to the Hebron High School Band. Part of the strength of our organization comes from the help we get from band parents like you. Volunteering for the Hebron Band is a great way to meet other parents and to feel involved in the amazing experience your student is about to have.
We are asking all Hebron Band parents to complete this survey that asks for your interest in various board, committee, and volunteer positions. Many of these positions do not require much time or experience. Would you please complete this interest survey as soon as possible?

HBBC Nomination Committee
8th Grade Auditions
8th Grade Auditions will be held at Hebron High School this week on Wednesday, May 7. A schedule will be sent out as soon as we have one sent to us. Usually, they start at 5:00, except for Clarinet and Trumpet which begin at 4:30 (or as soon as you can get there).
Festival Information
- The cost for Main Event is $25 and can be paid here: https://square.link/u/aDymBd26. We still have 6 people that have not paid.
Spring Concert
May 14 @ HHS
6:20 PM- Beginner Warm-up for AIDES
7:00 PM (Beginner portion of the concert) AIDES PERFORM
7:20 PM- ALL Symphonic Band Meet in lobby of Auditorium. When Wildcat Band is finished, you may start entering the auditorium. Leave cases in your car!
7:25 PM- Warm up in Auditorium
7:55 PM- File into Auditorium and watch Symphonic Band
8:00 PM- Concert Starts

- Honor Winds
9:00ish PM- Concert ends. (remember everyone stays to watch the whole concert and helps put up chairs and stands at the end!!)
End of Year Audition/Exam
All audition music has been on Canvas 2 weeks and has been handed out as a paper copy.
8th graders- Hebron Auditions are May 7th afterschool at HHS.
7th graders- CVMS Auditions will be held after the Spring Concert.
Band Camp

May 5 - Irving Arts Festival
May 7 - Hebron HS Auditions (8th Graders) @ Hebron HS
May 14 - Spring Concert @ Hebron HS
May 15 - 7th Grade Final Exams Begin (25-26 Auditions). Required for all 6th and 7th graders. During Class Period
May 20 - Instrument Inventory - All school owned instruments MUST be returned to campus. 8th graders will not receive another one until HHS Mini Camp. 6th & 7th graders returning for the 25-26 school year will receive an instrument for the summer May 21.
May 27-29 - Mini Camp - all 8th Graders (rising 9th graders)
