PLEASE COMPLETE OUR 2025-2026 PARENT SURVEY
Parents! We invite you to complete our annual Cognia Parent Survey to provide feedback on our school's purpose, leadership, instruction, resources, environment, and support. This feedback is important and allows us to reflect upon our current practices. It also serves as a starting point for setting school goals and focuses for future improvement. Our goal is to collect feedback from as many stakeholders as possible in order to ensure the most accurate picture of our school’s strengths and opportunities for growth. We are asking that you take a moment to complete the brief survey available in the link below. This anonymous survey is available in both English and Spanish. Thank you for your time, feedback, and partnership.
