Teacher Requests

As we navigate through the spring semester many begin planning for next school year. Teacher requests become a focus area for many parents. We utilize a process that considers various academic and social criteria to roster students so that they can grow to their fullest potential. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, placement decisions utilizing the above mentioned process will be final. For this reason, please understand that specific teacher requests are discouraged, and may not be guaranteed.

Lost and Found

if your child is missing a hoodie, sweater, sweatshirt, or a jacket, please encourage them to stop by the lost and found racks in the lobby area to retrieve the missing item(s). Missing items may also include hats, gloves, mittens, etc. Any items left at the end of the school year will be donated.

What's Happening in Wellness?

Students will continue to learn how to take care of their bodies in Wellness! April lessons will include the negative effects of smoking and vaping on their bodies. Younger grades will also learn about poisons with the help of Mr. Yuk and how to protect their bodies from those nasty little germs that try to sneak in and make us sick!

Third & fourth grade students will learn about diversity, celebrating our different heritages and adapting to change in Wellness lessons. We will also study communicable and non-communicable diseases and the difference between the two types.
