HELLO EAGLE FAMILIES!!

I hope you enjoyed another wonderful long weekend!

IMPORTANT!!! Parent-Teacher Conference Week (October 12-16):

• Conferences with your child's teacher will be scheduled during the week of October 12-16. All parents should be notified of your conference time no later than tomorrow, October 5
• Efforts are made to consolidate appointments consecutively on the same day for families with more than one Weathersfield student
• EARLY DISMISSAL for all students EVERY DAY this week! Make arrangements to pick your students up promptly as follows: TK & Kindergarten @ 12:15pm AND 1st-5th Grades @ 12:30pm
• CVUSD Child Care and STARR will be available for currently enrolled students at the early dismissal times

HAY - Our TK students won't be able to visit the Pumpkin Patch this year, so we are bringing the Pumpkin Patch to them. We are hoping to find someone that would be willing to donate 5-6 bales of hay so that we can stack them on the yard to make as similar as possible to real pumpkin patch. If you, or someone you know, has a connection, please let Mrs. Vargas know. Our TK Harvest fest is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, October 28.

PARENTS STILL NEEDED!! We still to fill two of our six District Advisory Committees (DAC): African-American DAC (AADAC) and District English Learner Advisory Council (DELAC). If you are interested or would like more information, please reach out to me, Mrs. Vargas, at pvargas@conejousd.org.

As always, thank you for your continued support and partnership!

Paola Vargas

Principal
