Fall 2024 Regular Academic Session Courses (08/26/2024 - 12/11/2024):

• 10/20/24 - Last day for students to add classes and swap classes or class sections with only instructor's approval on a Change of Schedule form.
• 10/21/24 - Instructor's and dean's signatures are required on a Change of Schedule form to add classes and swap classes or class sections.
• 11/3/24 - Last day to file for Grade Replacement Opportunity (GRO) in UAccess. Last day for students to drop from a regular session class with a W grade through UAccess.
• 11/4/24 - Instructor's and dean's signatures are required on a Late Change Petition in order to withdraw from a class and students must have an extraordinary reason for the request to be approved.
• 11/11/24 - No classes in observance of Veteran's Day.
• 11/24/24 - Last day for students to submit a Late Change Petition request to withdraw from a class.

Fall 2024 Seven Week First Session (7W1) Courses (08/26/2024 - 10/16/2024):

• 10/6/24 - Last day for students to submit a Late Change Petition request to withdraw from a class.
• 10/16/24 - Last day of class.

Fall 2024 Seven Week Second Session (7W2) Courses (10/17/2024 - 12/11/2024):

• 10/17/24 - First Day of Classes. First day to file for GRO.
• 10/20/24 - Last day for students to use UAccess to add classes and swap classes or class sections.
• 10/21/24 - Instructor approval is required on a Change of Schedule form to add classes and swap classes or class sections.
• 10/23/24 - Last day to drop without a grade of W (withdraw).
• 10/24/24 - A grade of W will be awarded for each drop from a regular session class and the class will appear on your transcript.
• 11/11/24 - No classes in observance of Veteran's Day.
• 11/20/24 - Last day to file GRO. Last day for students to drop from a regular session class with a W grade through UAccess.
