Dear NES Families,

Thank you to all of our parents who attended APTT meetings! We are so excited to see the success our students will achieve with parents and teachers working as a team on their grade level skills. We also want to thank the families who braved the weather to attend our New Worlds Reading event! We can't wait to hear our students tell us about the books they receive.

We will be hosting our annual Spooktacular on October 24th. More information to come! If you would like to donate a bag of candy, please send it with your student and notify their teacher that it is for the Spooktacular or feel free to bring it by the front office.

Next week we are encouraging attendance with a spirit week! This is optional and we are using it to increase attendance for students with some fun dress up days. :)

10/16: PBIS 1st 9 weeks celebration - 50s SOCK HOP - Feel free to wear you 50s styles and/or coolest socks!

10/17: 3rd - 5th Grade Awards for 1st 9 weeks - students receiving awards will bring home invites!

10/21: Report Cards

Monday- chicken patty on bun / Pork steak

Tuesday- taco / stromboli

Wednesday- cheeseburger / ham & cheese on croissant (no chef)

Thursday- CFS on a bun / Pizza / wedge sandwiches (no mash pot) Friday- Pepperoni pizza / PBJ
