Dear Pearsall High School Families,
We hope everyone enjoyed a safe and relaxing Labor Day holiday! We are excited to welcome our students back to campus and strive for another week of great attendance!
📚 Back to Learning
As we return from the holiday, we are placing a strong emphasis on getting back into our daily academic routines. We encourage students to return to campus ready to work hard, stay focused, and make every day count.
Parents can support their students by:
- Checking grades regularly through the Parent Portal.
- Encouraging students to complete assignments on time.
- Talking with students about their academic progress.
- Making sure students are getting adequate rest each night.
- Encouraging students to ask teachers for help when needed.
- Reminding students that their daily effort impacts their future opportunities.
High school students are building the academic record that will follow them into college, careers, and life.
⏰ Attendance & Being On Time...Every class period matters!
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential to student success. Missing class means missing instruction, assignments, discussions, and opportunities to receive teacher support.
Please help us by encouraging your student to:
- Attend school every day possible.
- Arrive on campus and to class on time.
- Take responsibility for making up missed work after an absence.
Let's work together to keep our students present, prepared, and productive.
