It was another great week at Donald Eismann Elementary!
We’re down to the final 4 weeks of school, and there’s still so much learning and fun ahead! This is a great time to encourage your child to stay engaged, show up each day, and finish the year strong.
From field days to class celebrations and special projects, we’re planning exciting end-of-year activities that your child won’t want to miss. Daily attendance, rest, and healthy routines will help them make the most of every moment.

Two-hour early release for graduation
The graduation date for both high schools is Tuesday, June 10 — Bonney Lake at 4 pm and Sumner at 7 pm at the ShoWare Center. To help support graduation attendance for staff and families for the earlier Bonney Lake ceremony, the entire district will have a two-hour early dismissal. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Donald Eismann will dismiss at 1:45 pm
Last day of school early dismissal
The last day of school, Tuesday, June 17, is a half-day, early dismissal. Here are the dismissal times by school. Please note that breakfast will be available, but lunches will not be served. Donald Eismann will dismiss at 12:15 pm
