Leadership Message Leadership Message

What a wonderful first week of school! It has been a joy to welcome our students back and see our hallways filled once again with energy, laughter, learning, and friendship.

As we begin our year together, our faith theme, Rooted, United, Sent, reminds us to remain rooted in Christ, grow together as one school community, and share God’s love through our words and actions. This week was a wonderful first step in that journey.

Our transition to a bell-to-bell personal communication device-free environment has gone extremely well. Students have responded positively, and it has been wonderful to see more face-to-face conversations, connection, and engagement throughout the school day. Thank you to our students and families for supporting this important change.

We look forward to welcoming everyone to our Meet the Staff evening next Thursday. It will be a great opportunity to connect, visit classrooms, and continue building the strong relationships that help our students thrive.

Wishing all our St. Theresa families a restful and blessed long weekend!

School Facility Update School Facility Update

Restoration and repair work continues following a hot water tank failure that occured on August 1st. It caused water damage in several areas of our school.

Before students returned, specialized restoration professionals completed the required containment and cleanup work in accordance with health and safety requirements. All student-occupied spaces are safe, fully operational, and available for normal use. Some minor repairs and finishing work will continue in designated areas that remain securely closed to students.

We are very grateful to the EICS Facilities Team and restoration contractors for their considerable work throughout the summer to prepare our school for reopening. Thank you as well to our families and staff for your patience and understanding.

If you have any questions, please contact the school office at 780-464-4001.

A portion of the proceeds from every hot lunch sale goes directly towards funding educational programs and resources, field trips and school events that enrich our children's learning experience. Order today and help us make a difference at St. Theresa!!

As we get ready for another exciting year at school, it is also time to get the Hot Lunch Program up and running. We will be doing online ordering for all orders to ensure accuracy with the orders and to make the process as easy for everyone as possible.

The hot lunch online order system requires a small amount of setup time at the beginning as you must register each child you have attending our school prior to ordering hot lunch. Once the initial setup process is complete, your hot lunch orders for the remainder of the year should be quick and simple.

*PLEASE NOTE – Last year's accounts were all deleted. You will have to create a new account for this school year.
