We ask that if you must pick your child up early, that you please do so before 3:00pm. There is a lot of movement within the building after this time and it is very difficult to get your child to the office. Thank you for your patience and cooperation with this

Boundary exemptions are open online for next school year. Boundary exemption applications must be submitted each school year prior to submitting your student's registration. If you need to fill this out, please log in to your ParentVUE account, click on registration, and scroll down to the choose 25-26 Boundary Exempt Request.

These must be done before you can complete school registration in July. Thank you for taking care of this ASAP.

Our 5th Graders are Moving Up!

Join us in celebrating this special milestone 🎈

📅 Date: May 21st
🕒 Time: 1:30 pm

We will start our event with the 5th grade music performances, lead by Dr. Hangartner. Followed by a few words from our 5th Grade team and slideshow. All family members of 5th Grade Students are encouraged to attend. Following the ceremony we will have a light Ice Cream Social outside on the basketball court. Parents are welcome to take their students with them after graduation, but must sign them out with their teacher or an FLE Staff Member. Thank you!

There will be no offerings for summer school this year, except ESY for students who qualify with an existing IEP.

We encourage the use of the iReady Personalized Learning Path (“MyPath”) to keep knowledge fresh over the summer months! Your child’s teacher can tell you more about this.

FLE Concerts are fast approaching! Your students have been working hard all semester to put on an amazing performance.

Kindergarten - 4th grade will perform on Tuesday May 20th during their regular specials time.

Promotion and Final 5th grade concert will be held on May 21st at 1:30 pm.

Saturday, May 17th is the Track and Field elementary meet at Colony High School. Our Finger Lake Falcons have been working hard and we are excited to cheer them on at CHS! Go, Falcons!

Finger Lake Elementary’s Bikes for Books reading competition starts Monday, April 7th and continues through Friday, May 2nd!

A reading log and information about Bikes for Books is attached below.

Students should turn in their reading logs to their teachers on May 5th, 6th or 7th.

ALL reading logs are due on Wednesday, May 7th. We will draw for the bikes on Friday, May 9th and we will call you if your child wins one of the bikes.

Things were heating up at Finger Lake, and it's not just the sunshine!

FLE staff were staging some SHENANIGANS on Friday, April 18th!

The theme was "Tropical Day" and Our staff really got into the spirit!

We empty lost and found often. Please make sure you are writing you child's name on clothing so we can get it back to them. Last day to claim items is May 20th.

All items left after May 21st will be donated. Thank you!
