Wellness Strategies for Educators
February 7th, 2025

“Self-care is giving the world the best of you, instead of what’s left of you.” - Katie Reed
Educators, this training session is about you and for you! Research shows that those in helping professions are at greater risk for stress and burnout. "Nurturing You" is a restorative professional development session designed specifically for educators to pause, breathe, and recalibrate. We move beyond the "bubble bath" clichés of self-care to explore sustainable, science-backed strategies that protect your mental health and career longevity. You cannot pour from an empty cup. By prioritizing your own well-being, you aren't just helping yourself—you’re showing up more effectively for your students, your colleagues, and your family.
This training is designed to be three hours in length, however, it be can tailored to your district's needs.
