Conroe Independent School District - Verification of Student Registration Directions
To the parent(s) of: STUDENT NAME,
We are excited to announce online verification of student registration for the upcoming school year! This process replaces the paper forms sent home at the beginning of each school year. Your verification of student registration for STUDENT NAME at Conroe Independent School District is now available online.
How do I get started?
Click this snapcode link: Personalized Link for your student found here!
What’s a snapcode?
By clicking on the link above, you are automatically entering your child's snapcode. The snapcode is like a key to your child’s verification of student registration for the upcoming school year. You should receive a unique snapcode or snapcode link for each child.
Should I create an account?
- If you’ve never completed an online verification of student registration, you should create an account. This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. You can use your email address or cell phone number.
- If you already have an account, you can sign in and complete the form. (You should use the same account to complete forms for multiple children.)
Do I have to answer all the questions?
Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
What if I make a mistake?
If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click “< Prev” to return to a previous page.
I’ve completed the form, now what?
When you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.
What if I have more than one student in the district?
Do I need to do this for each child? Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. We recommend that you submit one verification of student registration and then start another – this will allow you to “snap over” shared family information, which will save you time.
I don’t know what a question is asking.
You can contact your child's school or email at registration@conroeisd.net to ask any general questions about the form or the online verification of student registration process.
Help! I’m having technical difficulties.
For technical support, visit our PowerSchool Enrollment Family Support at https://help.powerschool.com/t5/reg or email support@powerschool.com or call (866) 752-6850, Monday through Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM.
Thank you!

- Halter-tops, muscle shirts, and spaghetti-straps tops are not permitted unless covered by another shirt.
- Midriff shirts, or shirts exposing the midsection of the body, are not permitted.
- It is suggested that Make-up/cosmetics not be worn and make-up/cosmetics will not be applied at school.
- Hats are not to be worn inside a school.
- Hoods to hoodie sweaters should not be worn inside the building.
- Spandex clothing, yoga pants and leggings are to be worn under other outerwear (for example a sweatshirt, t-shirt) that covers the torso and approaches midthigh.
- Pants/shorts may not be worn lower than undergarments.
- Students who choose to wear shorts to school must wear them so that they approach midthigh. When an oversize shirt is worn with shorts the shorts should be visible.
- Flip flops may not be worn during P.E. classes.
- Girls may wish to wear shorts under their dresses.
- Dresses, skirts, and shorts should be of appropriate length (approach a student's knees) and tights should accompany shorter dresses, skirts or shorts.
If administration determines that a student’s grooming or clothing violates the school’s dress code, the student will be given an opportunity to correct the problem at school and return to the classroom. If the problem cannot be corrected at school, the school will work with the student and parent to obtain an acceptable change of clothing for the student in a way that minimizes loss of instructional time. Until the situation is corrected, the student may be assigned to an alternate setting.
Student Lunch Accounts
All students in CISD have been issued a six-digit ID number. All Campuses are equipped with computerized point-of-sale stations where students enter their assigned ID number or swipe a card in order to access their accounts. This number stays with the student when they transfer between campuses. Parents may contact the cafeteria manager if they would like to restrict their child’s a la carte purchases or set daily spending limits.
Parents are encouraged to prepay for their child’s meals. Prepayments can be made on-line using the direct link on the homepage or go to https://www.myschoolbucks.com/. Please allow up to 48 hours for payments to be applied to students’ accounts. There is a $2.75 charge per transaction to use the on-line payment system.
Prepayments can also be made in the cafeteria before classes begin. Checks and prepayment envelopes with cash should include the child’s name, ID number and grade to ensure crediting to the proper account. Checks should be made payable to CISD Child Nutrition and include Driver’s License # and Date of Birth. CISD allows students to charge meals if funds are unavailable in a student meal account. Repayment of these charges can be made online by credit card or in the cafeteria by cash/check.
