Electronic Signatures in eportal
- Audience: ALL Staff
- Each year, all employees are required to submit electronic signatures for the Ethical Guidelines Statement and Acceptable Use Form. All employees are also required to acknowledge receipt of the District Employee Handbook.
- All three documents have been posted to ePortal and must be signed electronically. The documents can be found on the left side of the ePortal home screen in a red box titled 'Attention Required".

Accessing Teacher Access Center (TAC)
In order to enable the ability for teachers to access custom reports & eSchoolPlus pages while accessing TAC from Home, there is a new process for accessing TAC when working remotely. Going forward teachers will need to do the following to access TAC when they are not working from within Aldine.
- Log into ePortal.
- Select TAC/Gradebook from Home.
- Log into the Applications Portal using your district credentials. DO NOT include @aldineisd.org in the username.
- Select eSchoolPLUS
- Log into TAC using your district credentials. DO NOT include @aldineisd.org in the username.
- Once in TAC teachers will have the ability to generate the Contact Log Teacher Report and the Student Contact Info Report as well as access eSchoolPlus pages.

If you have not included a profile picture in Schoology here is a short video to show you how. If your profile picture is turned sideways, it is due to the file type that you used (often from a phone). Please remove the sideways photo and upload a different photo.
Students having an issue with their Google password or district Chromebook?
Students & Parents should NOT contact the Help Desk or DLS. Please do not give students or parents the email address or phone number to call the Help Desk or your DLS.
If they are having an issue with their password or district device they need to refer to the Aldine ISD website - Schoology for Students link on the right. The password reset request link and district device information is located on the Students and Parents tabs.
*Teachers are also able to reset passwords but MUST be on the district network to perform this task. Click here for Instructions for how teachers can reset student passwords.
